By using ProsperTrip, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use ProsperTrip.
What ProsperTrip Does
ProsperTrip provides tools for organizing and sharing travel itineraries, reservations, traveler assignments, photos, notifications, and related trip information. ProsperTrip is not a travel agency, airline, hotel, transportation provider, emergency service, or insurer.
Accounts and Access
Editors sign in using email verification codes and are responsible for activity under their account. Keep your email account secure and tell us promptly if you believe your ProsperTrip account or trip access has been compromised.
Trip codes provide read-only access to shared trip information. Only share trip codes with people you trust. A trip editor may regenerate a trip code, which can invalidate prior access.
Your Content
You keep ownership of the trip details, photos, notes, traveler information, and other content you add to ProsperTrip. You give ProsperTrip permission to host, process, display, back up, and transmit that content as needed to provide and support the service.
You are responsible for making sure you have the right to upload and share the content you add. Do not upload illegal content, content that violates another person's rights, or highly sensitive information that is not necessary for trip planning.
Acceptable Use
- Do not use ProsperTrip to break the law or harm others.
- Do not attempt to access trips, accounts, systems, or data without permission.
- Do not interfere with the security, availability, or integrity of ProsperTrip.
- Do not upload malware, abusive content, or content that infringes intellectual property rights.
- Do not misuse trip codes or share another person's travel information without authorization.
Travel Information and Third Parties
ProsperTrip may display information about flights, lodging, transportation, restaurants, activities, reservations, places, maps, or other travel details. That information may come from you, other trip editors, imported documents, third-party providers, or public sources.
Always confirm important details directly with the relevant airline, lodging provider, transportation provider, tour operator, restaurant, official travel source, or trip organizer. ProsperTrip does not guarantee that travel information is complete, current, or error-free.
Notifications
Notifications are provided for convenience and may be delayed, missed, or unavailable. Do not rely on ProsperTrip notifications for emergencies, safety-critical information, boarding deadlines, cancellations, or other time-sensitive travel decisions.
App Store Terms
If you download ProsperTrip from Apple's App Store, Apple is not responsible for ProsperTrip or its content. Your use of the app is also subject to the App Store terms that apply to your Apple account and device.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to ProsperTrip if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk for other users, or used the service unlawfully. You may stop using ProsperTrip at any time and may request deletion by contacting support@prospertrip.com.
Disclaimers
ProsperTrip is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and reliability.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, ProsperTrip and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, travel disruptions, missed reservations, or similar losses arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted at https://prospertrip.com/terms with a new effective date. Continued use of ProsperTrip after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
